For us, customer satisfaction and product quality are the most important things. Your task as a technical support engineer is to think from the viewpoint of our users, develop product quality and to ensure that we have happy customers also in the future.
You work in close collaboration with our software development, sales, customer support and customers. You participate in the development of software features, SW quality improvement, documentation and testing. Your task is to identify development needs, analyze root causes for SW bugs, actively follow the quality of our products and to communicate with the SW and sales teams. You act as a technical support for our customer support. You share with us the principle, that no feature is ready for customers until it has been thoroughly tested.
Your role develops based on your own interests. In the future it could include for example data analytics, SW performance optimization or operation and optimization of cloud services.
All our products are SaaS-based cloud services. Parts of Movendos Health Platform are regulated medical devices.
What we expect from you
We expect, that you have background and education in SW technology and at least some experience from practical SW development and SW testing. You can approach practical problems both from end-user and technology angles, and you enjoy problem-solving. We appreciate an open mind and interest and willingness to tackle new areas, and the principle that problems are analyzed and solved carefully and in a detailed way. You can also see the forest from the trees, and you are good in prioritizing work.
Possible practical experience from testing automation, health technology and data analytics are also plusses for you. Good skills in English are required. An adequate level of skills in Finnish is also needed, since most of our customers are from Finland.
